Firstly, I want to thank everyone who has been a part of Mira’s LifeBalance Expo, Sunday 18 October.

All the stall holders, volunteers, guest speakers, demonstrators and visitors: Many, many thanks for your wonderful contribution. Special thanks go to Jack Dempsey for officially opening the Expo.  It was a wonderful day.                 Thanks to the many gifts, donated by stall holders and local Bundaberg and Bargara businesses, we raised nearly $800 dollars for Youngcare, which is fantastic. Even though it was not as busy as I hoped and thought it would be and we didn’t raise as much funds as I envisioned for Youngcare… I am still  happy with the result. What I love doing is to bring people together, inspire people to live a healthier life and raise awareness for Youngcare.  Well… and that is what happened on the day… Since there is always room for improvement… I have (together with everybody’s feedback) big ideas for the next LifeBalance Expo. Even though I was excited to have the next Expo in May already, I decided a couple of days ago I will wait and see if we get Government Grant for this event first. I’ll keep you posted on what is happening… Many thanks again to everybody and hopefully you’ll be  part of the next one!                             Secondly, since I always speak about the 5 pillars of health…. it’s about time I balance mine out myself….. My main mission at this moment is to finish my book Breathe. (”Adem” in Dutch). It’s an autobiography about my life of the last 8 years, to be published in the Netherlands next year. I am doing an online (Dutch) writers course and also work with a (Dutch) writer’s coach, Maaike. It’s a lot of work, but all very exciting. Since the book does not bring me any money (yet..), I work as a Certified Wellness Consultant. These 2 jobs, the writing and building my business are the 2 main focuses in my working life. When the book will be nearly finished, I shall start on organising the next Expo! Meanwhile I build my business: Foot Spa Detox, Ph Balanced Water, Whole Foods, Magnets, Essential Oils, Tesla Plates, LifeBalance, Colour Therapy and Galactic Elixers. These are tools for everyone to create a healthier, wealthier, more balanced lifestyle. More on all of these aspects of my business will be soon available on this site.
